Maya Abdominal massage increases circulation to the abdominal and pelvic organs thus improving digestion and pelvic health. 

This external bodywork technique performed entirely on the belly and low back, gently repositions pelvic organs to their optimal placement, increasing the flow of blood, energy, and lymph thus promoting the body's inherent healing abilities.
